  • What are the Franchisee rights?
    You will during the period of this agreement, subject to terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement be given rights to use the trademark/name of “IXPOE”.
  • How much office space along with interiors like furniture, computers are required?
    Franchise Model will require minimum of 800-1500 Sq Feet of office space, including 03 computers, internet connection and telephone line.
  • Who pays the rent?
    It will be paid by the Franchisee.
  • Staff Required?
    Franchisee: 2-5 people minimum
  • Who pays Staff Salaries?
    To be paid by the Franchisee as you will be running your own profit centre.
  • Do I need recruitment experience?
    No. Although recruitment is the core business at IXPOE, you as Franchisee do not essentially require staffing industry experience. Your invaluable experience is critical and driver for success.
  • Ready base of vacancies! Which area?
    Yes, we will assign the job vacancies depending on the location, experience as well as the personal network of the Franchisee.
  • Is there any hostel facility for students at IXPOE?
    No hostel facility is available at IXPOE but if the student takes admission in our associated schools, Boys & Girls hostel facilities are available in the vicinity of our study centers.
  • Will you provide any library facility?
    IXPOE study material is enough for studies. And our study material covers all the topics of a particular class.
  • Do we get ongoing support?
    Yes, you will be provided assistance in establishing and operating the complete business process. We will provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching etc.
  • Would we be given preference to new developments / new ventures?
    We are in the strategic planning stage for various other business ventures which will be implemented in due course later. You as our existing Franchisee will be given first preference to join the venture.
