Admission to programs/courses offered by Onlinetutor4all is governed by specific eligibility criteria. One step in the selection process is for the student to complete the registration form.

The registration form should be complete in all respects and should be signed by a parent. The registration form is the Enrolment Agreement hereinafter referred to as the Agreement between the applicant and Onlinetutor4all. This agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreement and understanding between Onlinetutor4all and the student in reference to all matters herein referred to, all previous discussion, promises, representations, and understandings relating thereto, if any, had between the parties hereto, being herein merged.

Before completing the enrolment process, students are required to go through and understand the contents of the course/program. A student who has registered for a program is assumed to have understood the program.

Unless otherwise stated, the medium of instruction for all courses is English.

Each class of teaching/practice is of 2 hours duration except 9th and lower grades which is only 1.5 hrs. This time may increase or decrease based on the circumstances. For instance, to put focus on a coming examination, longer sessions maybe taken to prepare the students.

The student’s continuing and participative interest in the education and allied processes is integral to fulfilling the deliverables of the program satisfactorily.

Students are expected to maintain 100 percent attendance for all sessions scheduled for the batch in order to get the full benefit of the program.

Students’ Parents / Guardian may be informed in case of irregularity of attendance. If there is continuous absence for 21 days or more, the student will be considered as Dropout.

Onlinetutor4all provides well researched, customized worksheets and question papers for success in examinations as typewritten sheets. The teacher will recommend text books for all the courses. Material received from Onlinetutor4all protected under copyright and reproducing it in any form or by any means is illegal.

Please ensure that the material is not circulated to anyone not attending our program.

It is expected of students to adhere to the norms of discipline and decorum within the classes. Non adherence to these norms may lead to admission being cancelled and may further result in being barred from attending any program at any of our centers.

Failure to display continuing and participative interest in education by the student may also lead to cancellation of admission. Under such circumstances there will be no refund of any fees.

Any relevant changes may be communicated to the students by the faculty on the whatsApp groups.

Further emails and WhatsApp may also be sent to each student/parent about any change or development.

Periodic meetings will be recommended with the parents to appraise them about their child’s progress.

Impact of missing even one class is very high and we recommend not missing any class. In the worst case the students are advised to attend at least 90% classes.

If a class is cancelled by Onlinetutor4all due to some reason, a makeup class will be taken as soon as possible.

If a student is missing a group class with prior information before 3-4 days, we will try our best to makeup that class for him or her with the tutor on one to one basis which will be payable.

Timings for the makeup class will be decided according to convenience of the teacher as well as the student.

If a student misses 2 or more classes or he/she misses a class without any prior information before more than 15 days’ notice, we are not responsible for arranging a makeup class. However he or she can go for a one to one class as stated above if the teacher is available to take such class.

Onlinetutor4all may take extra classes if and when needed. Timings will be communicated to the students/parents well in advance.

If a student requests for an extra class due to some coming exam or some other reason, Onlinetutor4all may take additional fee for those classes especially when it is one to one class. One to one fee will be payable for an extra class requested by a student. However such class will take place subject to the availability of the teacher.
